The Lost Hero Book Hi peeps!!? So, we finally finished the book series of Percy Jackson. YAY!? Today I am going to be giving the book review on another book series called the Heroes of Olympus.

This is going to be pretty fun! Now lets start!!

THE LOST HERO

In this book, Jason Grace, a child of Zeus (or Jupiter, as he called himself) had been taken by Hera or Juno (take your pick, she is annoying in both forms). So if you do not understand, Hera is the Greek name for the goddess and Juno is the Roman name. Same with all the other gods. The gods had to separate Roman and Greeks because whenever they met, they fought. the second great prophecy;

Seven half-bloods shall answer the call,

To storm or fire the world must fall,

An oath to keep with a final breath,

And foes bear arms to Doors of Death.

was told by the new Oracle, Rachel Elizabeth Dare. His memory was wiped by Hera who had put him in wilderness school with his new friends, Piper McLean and Leo Valdez. While a day at the Grand Canyon sidewalk, they get attacked by wind spirits and Coach Hedge (a satyr) was taken away from the venti or wind spirits. After that, They are taken to Camp Half-Blood where a boy called Percy Jackson was missing. Percy must have been very popular at camp because everyone used to talk about Percy. During campfire singalong, Leo is claimed as the son of Hephaestus, god of blacksmiths and fire, Piper as the daughter of Aphrodite, goddess of love, beauty and doves and Jason as son of Zeus, god of skies. Hera has been trapped and the giant king Poryphyrion  is rising. But that only a part of their problem. Piper’s dad, Tristan McLean, the famous movie star was abducted by a giant. Jason finds that his long lost sister, Thalia Grace, has joined the hunt, Leo has become friends with a fierce metal dragon, Festus and last but not the least, Jason is a Roman demigod and Hera said that there had been an exchange in leadership. So now they have to travel to Camp Jupiter, the Roman camp, where Percy Jackson is, and he probably doesn’t remember who he is……

The prophecy in this book is:

Child of lightning, beware the earth,

from giants revenge, the seven shall birth,

the forge and dove should break the cage,

and death unleashed through Hera’s rage.
